Delivery & Installation

At Charterhouse Mobility we believe that the transition from old furniture to new furniture should be as seamless and straight forward as possible for all of our customers. We strive for unparalleled efficiency throughout the business and look to instil this ethos in every aspect of what we do. 

Once your chair or bed has been built and quality checked, a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time & date for your furniture to be delivered.

We provide a two-man white-glove delivery and installation service included in the price of all our chairs and beds. When they arrive, they will first remove any furniture that is to be taken away in part-exchange. They will then ask you where you would like your furniture to be placed. They will bring the chair or bed into your home, unwrap it, and then remove all the packaging. Once everything is in place and installed just how you'd like it, they will help you familiarise yourself with your new furniture and its controls. When you are satisfied that everything is as it should be, we will leave you in peace to enjoy your new furniture. But if you have any questions or queries after that point, we are only ever a phone call away and our after sales team will always be happy to help.

Charterhouse Mobility understands just how important our products can be for our customers’ quality of life.

Where applicable (at no extra cost) our demonstrators are qualified to use their discretion and recommend that your order be fast-tracked, reducing the total estimated turn-around time to 1-2 weeks from placing an order. (Making us one of the very fastest for British quality, made to measure furniture in the industry.)
