Delivery and Installation
At Charterhouse Mobility we believe that the transition from old furniture to new furniture should be as seamless and straight forward as possible. We strive for unmatched customer satisfaction. Our professional team will arrange a convenient delivery date and provide a white-glove installation service. They'll handle furniture removal, unwrap and position your new furniture.
Once everything is in place and installed just how you’d like it, they will help you familiarise yourself with your new furniture and all of its controls. We leave you in peace to enjoy your new purchase, and our after-sales team is always available for any further assistance.

VAT Exemption
If you are disabled, have a long term illness or other qualifying condition then you won’t have to pay VAT on products that are designed or adapted for your own personal or domestic use. This includes all Charterhouse Mobility riser recline chairs & adjustable beds. This means that where applicable, rather than paying 20% VAT, you’d actually pay 0% VAT.
How do I qualify for VAT Exemption?

How do I apply?
For VAT Exemption on your purchase you need only to complete and sign our simple form at the point of purchase stating your name and address, the disability or long-term illness present and a declaration that you meet the necessary criteria. No “proof of disability” or doctor’s note required and no certification to be shown.
